Needs immediate improvement. Plus I see that you are having a bmi of 34.09 kgs/m2, showing grade 1 obesity. This also contributes to increased blood sugar. So there needs to be - efforts to reduce weight, additional treatment and proper diet control and exercise. With this multi pronged approach we will be able to bring situation under control.
