-do daily exercise, without skipping it. -eat low cal food, high in fiber. -do running, run for 1-2 kms every day, whenever you get time, on the ground/track/treadmill, wherever. -do not skip meals, just make sure your per day calorie intake is lessened by 25%. -remember, there are no shortcuts in weight loss, be patient and get going.
