I am chronic bronchial asthma patient, but I am very weak, I can't even run for 2 minutes. I am always feeling like weak from psychologically also. Very low confidence level. How can I improve my situation and can take strong steps, kindly guide me and how can I live and run in my life without using inhaler.

As you knows that this disease is life time but some products that supports you to live life happily. I am advising you take swasni avalah 1 spoon in morning after breakfast end 1 spoon after dinner end take water after 30 minutes for lifetime (free advice to you) after 6 to 12 month you will fill energy in you. After 5 years you may not have this problem. Do pranayam, walking slowly 2 km in morning end 2 km after dinner or as you are able to walk. Inhaler do not stop automatically reduce if you fill normal interwell increases automatically.
