I am pregnant by 37 weeks . I feel too much harassment .so pls tell tell me which type of diet I should intake to be healthy?

At 37 weeks, You should take light diet, because the tummy is fully occupied by the big baby and the stomach intestines are under pressure, so they cant take much food in. Having small frequent diets, which are NON oily, NON spicy are the best. The food taken in also rises up in the mouth due to pressure effects and acidity, so at times taking antacid liquids will also help. Have high fiber diet as the large baby causes pressure effects on the rectum and the pregnant lady feels like going to pass motions often. Have grated radish, carrot, beetroot, cucumber, in curds to help smooth passage of motions. The large baby takes away lots of glucose from the body of the mother and hence replenishing the sugar by taking sweet food stuffs is also better, in form of fruits, freshly made juices, and sherbets.

take normal diet.. and eat slight extra amount like one glass milk, and two chapatis, one fruit extra from ur normal diet..
