I have bad constipation problem, should I be taking dulcolax? I want to understand about the side-effects and complexes of taking this medication. Are there any natural remedies which can be taken instead? Because I don't feel being dependent on medication is a good idea.

Improve your diet and meal schedule 1. Take 2/3 glasses of warm water in the morning 2. Go for morning walk for 30 mts 3. Take meals regularly at fixed hrs 4. No fried/ no spicy/ no junk/ no fast f 5 have good sound sleep for 6- 8 hr 6. Take more fruits and vegetables report after 15 days 7.
