In summers I like to have some soft drink or sharbat with meals because otherwise it feels hot but I do not want to increase my calories intake so what to do.

During summers body gets dehydrated and feels thirsty. You also feel like drinking cold liquids like soft drinks, sherbets to cool down the body. Since both of them have a lot of sugar, it is not recommended to drink them as it not only increases body fat, it also can lead to health problems. Other very good substitutes are infused water, cold green shakes, lime water or jaljeera water. All of them needs to be consumed without sugars.
