Yess this is typical presentation of back ache. Comman in people working in it sector and in front of computer. To resolve your problem. Your seating position should be correct. Back have enough straight support. Seat should be plain without any curve or bend computer screen at eye level. These are mandatory. If any not at proper position; then it results in back ache and then medication won't help you. Beside that you have to start back exercise.
