Increase fibre intake in your diet. High fibre diet usually helps in constipation. Include oats, dhaliya, salad, sprouts in your diet. Have dryfruits and anjeer with milk or start eating dates.Have more of papaya, groundnuts, boiled corn and raw salad in your diet. Drink 3 litres water daily. Avoid bakery food items.

Dulcolex on daily basis has to be avoided because it can erode the normal epithelium of the large intestines and for constipation I will suggest you to eat food with high fiber content like green leafy vegetables and can also eat bananas at bedtime as it is effective as a laxative and if necessary take two tsp of isabgol powder and mix it with a glass of water.
