I am 26 years old male and have cholesterol 254 mg/dl, LDL is 164 mg/dl, triglyceride 102, HDL 58 and I have high ESR 27 mm/hr. My weight is 122 kg and hight is 173 cm. I have smoking and drinking habit also. Please advice some medicine and precaution to be taken Thanks.

Hello- it seems that your bmr is slow due to which you are facing these problems. It will definitely cause cardio vascular disease/diabetes if not taken care of. Follow these tips- 1) first of all try to stop drinking and smoking.(it will further deteriorate your liver functions) 2) avoid foods hard to digest eg. Non-veg, fast food, tinned foods. 3) avoid sleeping in day time and go to bed before 10 pm. 4) reduce your weight-go for jogging and perform kapalbhati in the morning hours. 5) chew two garlic buds empty stomach in the morning.(it will minimise your cholesterol and triglycerides) 6) start honey with lemon water in the morning.(it will increase your bmr) 7) use isabgol daily with warm milk at night time.(it has cholesterol reducing properties)
