Changing shampoo will not work in hairfall. Try to change diet and lifestyle a bit. Rmain regular in sleep and meals. Have proper sleep. Be stress free and do regular pranayamas. If your skin is not oily, apply neeli bhringyaadi tailma regularly. Try to avoid curd and spices. You can have some vitamins and calcium supplements as well as rasayan tablet twice a day. Take care.
