I am suffering from hiccups from last 8 days but it doesn't stop and due to this my neck portion was paining alot please help me out from that please.

Hiii lybrate-user thanks for asking your query most of hiccups r due to indigestion in the stomach so hv diet to keep your stomach light 1) include more fiber in your diet 2) avoid spicy food 3) drink warm water. Avoid refrigerated water strictly 4) also avoid refrigerated food, ice creams etc 5) mayurpicha mashing with ginger honey 0-1-1 it's an ayurvedic formation you will get in nearby ayurvedic store thanks.
