Hello to gain weight you need to do some exercise like walking, jogging, cycling etc for 20-30 mins for 5 days a week along with healthy food options. Include balanced eating pattern on a daily basis by having all food groups. Any of these protein rich foods like dals, sprouts, soya, milk, curd, paneer, eggs can be taken in meals. Have chapatis or paranthas instead of bread & add seasonal fruits between meals. Water & fluid intake about 3 litres should be maintained. Also food should be consumed in a relaxed state, eating slowly & chewing well. Handful of nuts can be taken as evening snack along with milk shake or fruit smoothies. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid carbonated drinks. Thank you.
