Mom says to have fruits at least half an hour past having my regular meal. Is it mandatory for me? My age is 17. And I'm also being recommended to have less salt.Please tell.

You should have all types of fruit any time of the day have healthy balanjced diet with lot of leafy vegetables and serial and lean meat like chicken, fish etc take plenty of water by mouth go for regukllar morning walk followed by free hand exercises avois spicy and junk food it will be alright.
