Can any dietician suggest me a nutritional diet chart. Because of running my chest & width of back is decreasing but the fat of stomach is not decreasing.

I understand your concern. It is your your hormones which have made you fat and keeping you fat around your tummy area. Even if you lose weight doing this kind of crash diet, you will get it all back within no time and all the gain will be mainly fat. Not good for your health. Be gentle and patient with yourself. Demonstrate commitment in your persistent efforts. Make comprehensive change in diet, exercise, sleep and stress in your routine. This is called lifestyle medicine.
