As being a female you are in a stage of menopause, so need both mental and physical health. So you start doing yoga to relax your mind and try taking lots of small fishes if you are a non veg person, if you are a vegetarian try taking lots of greens esp spinach. You can also take egg white (see to that its not a broiler hen) take urad dhal dishes, hopes you will find more better.
