Hi, avoid taking any caffeine after 7 pm. Take a warm bath before sleep. Sip on warm milk before retiring. Avoid watching tv serial. Instead, listen to soft music before going to bed. Meditation at bed time would also help. All the best.

Do not take much caffeine at evening. 4. Do not watch the tv late night 5. Do not hang yourself in too much time with mobile and laptop 6. Finish your dinner by 8 pm and go to bed by 10 pm 7. Do not eat too much, beyond your threshold level at night, do not eat much spicy or oily or fatty food at night 8. While going to sleep, calm your mind - relax and sleep do not take any medicine for sleep, than you will be addicted to it.
