I am having issues in my sex life. I get an erection before having sex but it's most of the times difficult to sustain it. Even if I am able to sustain it till sex, I lose it while having sex finally. Is there anything I can try before visiting a doctor? I have recently started taking protein supplements but highly doubt it is because of it. It used to happen before I started consuming supplements.

Please use -- natural aphrodisiacs which can improve your libido and prevent premature ejaculation. This would include carrots, fennel seeds, celery, bananas, garlic, onion, ginger, shellfish, lettuce etc. - including these foods in your daily diet will ensure that you remain free from sexual problems, including premature ejaculation.
