Hi am 24 year old and I am suffering from a mental stress, specially after a biggest mistake in my past which change my life very bad (can't told) and also the fear of unsuccessful career, and unable to take decision easily I have done 12 2 in 2009 and so confuse about further studies and still not decide what to do and not able to find what actually I liked. All this make me under stress and it suffer me with several diseases. Pls help me with it.

Many times in our lives we are indecisive, confused and have certain regrets but until and unless you resolve it or accept it and learn to deal with it you can not give your 100%. You have to let down your fear and stress, for which I suggest you to talk to a psychologist confidentiality is maintained and it will remain between you and the psychologist. Other than that for stress you can exercise, improve your eating and sleeping habits, join some hobby class etc. For making decision about career you can also take help of a professional to guide you.
