Am maintaining diet but not reducing weight please give suggestion to overcome problem in faster want to reduce weight can you give list to maintain diet.

Maintained diet will save you from gaining more weight but it cannot help you loose what you all ready have gained. For that you need to burn the extra fat. Controlled sugar and oil are most important in diet. Limited dairy products. Warm water and lemon to be had 3-4 times a day with a normal diet that your body needs everyday to function. Just keep a control, you know better what diet you need day to day. Include yoga/gym in your routine to loose weight. To loose fast, do a good 1 hour workout, good results will show in a month or two.
