I am a bit more than normal bmi range. My height is 160.2 cms ;weight 63 kgs. How can I reduce weight and tummy. please help.

Your weight is not much. It is fine, you don't need any crash diet. Just do this- do not over eat go for a run or jogging for half an hour every alternate day do 20 crunches everyday, increase the number after a week.
