Marijuana'may' interfere with the anesthesia. If you are undergoing surgery under g then two weeks should be more than fine. There is no concrete study on this, many believe since it has no drug interaction, 2 days prior to surgery is fine. Coughing if any caused by it may cause some problem. Lastly tobacco with nicotine which is mixed in the joint to smoke causes vasoconstriction, with decreased oxygen flow to tissues, which may impair healing, tobacco may cause little more bleeding too because of its vasoconstriction effect.
