Somebody suggested that taking two spoons of apple vinegar with a glass of eater daily helps in weight loss. Is it so and does it have any side effects. Also I frequently develops muscle cramps and I read on net that it helps in that too. Kindly advise.

Apple cider vinegar is helpful but it cannot help in loosing weight alone. You need to workout and control diet, along with this if you take two spoons of apple cider vinegar, it will help your body with weight management.
