Please get your blood thyroid levels checked. You may consider making certain diet & lifestyle changes. Diet- have small frequent meals (every 2-3 hrs), replace simple carbs like sugar, maida, bread, biscuits, noodles, rice with complex carbs like atta, bajra, ragi, oats, barley, jowar, brown rice, Avoid junk/ street/ fast/ fried/ canned/ packaged/ processed foods, chocolates, ice cream, carbonated beverages, alcohol, cut down on excess salt intake, drink 3 litres water daily, have healthy snacks like lassi/ buttermilk/ whole fruit/ coconut water w/o cream/ sprouts/ stew/ salad/ makhana/ dhokla/ khandvi/ steamed momo with soup in between main meals. Lifestyle- Brisk walk & free hand exercise daily early morning for 60 minutes, walk instead of hiring a transport.
