Not able to sleep may be because of thoughts and worries etc. So you need to practice some meditation and breathing techniques by learning from some guru. In vizag lot of yoga camps will be conducted, join one of them and learn the technique. Meanwhile have some physical activity in the evening like walking or dancing etc. Give a gap of atleast 2 hrs between food and sleep. Go to bed around 10 oclock, stop watching tv alteast 2 hrs before your bed time. Head ache is due to lack of sufficient sleep, so practice the above you will get sleep, if there is some difficulty come back again.
