I worked during night only. So most of the time I remain sleepy and feels like don't have enough energy n memory power to think. I also have lots of stress. Will it b good for me to have revital?

Generally, stress is when we are not able to do what you wish to do. Your day can ideally be divided into 3 parts of 8 hours each. 8 hours of sleep, 8 hours of work and you would have atleast 4 hours you can spend on things you want to do. Write down all that you want to finish and check your sleeping hours. When you are working at odd hours, you tend to waste some time feeling - you don't have enough time. Plan and you will be able to accomodate some things in your schedule, if not everything.
