You need to reduce 8to 10 kilos. Do not stress yourself or hurry. Weight reduction is a gradual process. 1. Make up your mind and determination. 2. Reduce extra calories intake. 3. Workout for 1 hour everyday, do yoga/play sports/swim/run /gym anything but workout. 4. Do not skip meals, eat properly, but jo extra calories and fats. Diet has to be planned according to how much you burn. All the best.
