Hello in order to gain weight you need to do some exercise like walking or cycling for 20-30 mins for 5 days a week at least along with healthy diet food. Include balanced eating pattern on a daily basis by having all food groups. Any of these protein rich foods like dals, sprouts, soya, milk, curd, paneer, eggs can be taken in meals.
