Hello you need to do some exercise like walking or cycling for 20-30 mins daily for at least 5 days a week along with healthy food options. Include balanced eating pattern on a daily basis by having all food groups. Any of these protein rich foods like dals, sprouts, soya, milk, curd, paneer, eggs can be taken in meals. Have chapatis or paranthas instead of bread & add seasonal fruits between meals. Peanut butter sandwich can be an option for breakfast. Water & fluid intake about 3 liters should be maintained.
