I have very thin and skinny wrists. Because of which I feel very shy to fold my sleeves. For years I have been finding online solution to this. Can you help with some surgery or any other option.

You should do following methods to get strong wrists. ? Increase intake of calcium rich diet such as milk, cheese, curd, green leafy vegetables, spinach, cabbage, soya products (tofu, carrot. ? Sit in sunlight for 5 min daily, sunlight has vitamin D. * Give a gentle massage to hand and wrist joint once a day with any oil. * Do some wrist exercises daily. Such as hold the 1 litre water filled bottle in both hands with the hand facing upwards & move the wrist up & down without moving the elbow joint. Repeat this exercise 3-4 times a day & slowly increase the weight after 7-10 days according to your strength.
