I am 27 years male I am suffereing from male pattern balness. I had consulted a doctor, test reports have found that the cause is dht harmone. I am having 70-100 hair fall a day. Please suggest me good diet and exercise to control it.

Approach this problem in a three pronged approach. 1. Change your lifestyle. Sleep on time, eat healthy and exercise. 2. Include an abc juice in your diet. Made out of 1/2 an apple, 1/2 carrots and 1/2 beet root. 3.1/2 beet root. 3. Include half an hour walk and fifteen minutes of yoga and meditation daily. And used a good hair oil preferably after checking with a good homeopath.
