I am 27 years old guy, I am having backache problem from last 2.5 years. Whenever I lift some weight or I sit for longer period on chair at one place, I used to have pain. Please advice.

Firstly avoid both things and avoid toward bending must for you according your pain do firstly relaxation treatment tens swd and ultrasonic therapy for 19 days then start stretching exercise must for you avoid home remedy and exercise at that time.

muscle strain,physical and mental stress,deficiency of proper nutrition,imbalance posture are can cause backache. so,do exercise regularly ,take proper nutritious diet.keep posture straight.
