Ok don't worry. You are quite young and can easily loose weight. The desire to keep yourself fit in itself is very important as obesity invites many other diseases. First of all start exercising daily for 30-40 mins (brisk walk/ yoga/ gym). Take stairs instead of lift & walk/ cycle instead of hiring a transport. Prefer outdoor games instead of indoor ones. Drink 2-3 litres water daily. Avoid eating while watching tv/ computer. Eat slowly & chew your food well. Eat small meals every 3 hours. Avoid junk/ processed/ packaged/ ready to eat/ fast/ fried foods, sweets, chocolates, ice cream, soft drinks, alcohol. Eat plenty of raw vegetables & fruits.
