Hello, this problem is due to hard motion which is tearing the rectal mucosa while you strain to pass out. You should prevent hard stools by eating fresh fruits and vegetables rich in fibre, and maintain optimum hydration ie drink plenty of water. You should attend to nature's call and pass d motion at a regular fixed time daily, if you avoid the urge of passing motion it becomes more and more dry. Avoid spicy, non vegetarian food and refined flour products which lack fibre. Thanks.
