Dear lybrateuser, -You should have a balanced, nutritious diet while studying -have a glass of warm water with lime & a spoonful of honey in the morning on waking up -have egg with whole wheat bread or sandwich or a bowl of milk with cornflakes, dalia with fruits & dry fruits, or sprouts for breakfast -have a katori of vegetables, dal or beans or legumes, fish or chicken one piece, salad, dahi for lunch -have a snack like apple, yogurt, sprout, dry fruits in mid afternoon -green tea with wholegrain cracker in the evening -have a vegetable, 2 wholewheat chapatis, paneer, dal, soup in dinner -have a glass of milk before bedtime at night.
