I am in overweight problem so kindly give me a easy solution. But I am foods person. But not taking oily food or fast-food after that also am gaining my body weight.

Just avoid fat and sugar diet such as ghee, cheese, paneer, ice cream, soft drinks, potatoes, refined flours, meat etc. Have light and frequent meals. Do regular exercises upto 45 minutes. Take ayurveda medicines like trifala guggulu or medohar guggulu for further support. Take care.

Hi, you should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning, do regular exercise, and less carbohydrates and add fish, egg white into your diet. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Take small and frequent meals.
