In dyspepsia it is mandatory to eat gluten free diet? After doing it from 2 months I did not get relief after eating food about 20 minutes later feel my stomach become bloated and feel tighten and also coming of food in deeper part of throat but not outside I am taking medicine from a doctor doxy L forty shelcal-hd and raciper d 40 from 2 and half months.

Not necessary to eat gluten free diet. Try following improve your diet and meal schedule 1. Take 2/3 glasses of warm water in the morning 2. Go for morning walk for 30 mts 3. Take meals regularly at fixed hrs 4. No fried/ no spicy/ no junk/ no fast food 5. Take less milk/ no salad 6. Take curd 7. Have good sound sleep for 6- 8 hrs 8. Eat simple bland diet 9. Can have some fruits 10 take more water during day. 11. No alcohol 12. No smoking 13. Try for 15 days and report.

No its not necessary to take gluten-free diet in case of dysponea. You better take nux vom 30 - twice daily 6 pills for next 2 weeks and update.
