I have a lower back pain. Tried many remedies like using a gel type ointment volini, used hot water to it etc. No real effect happened. Please help.

Backache in young age is commonly due to 1. Muscle strain resulting from improper posture. 2. Intervertebral disc bulge or prolapse. Follow these tips to get relief. 1. Sit with straight back and change posture in between. Do not hunch and feet should rest on floor while seated. 2. Take breaks in between work and walk. 3. Take rest when back pain is severe but avoid total bed rest. 4. Do back strengthening and stretching exercises daily. Start exercises only when pain is relieved. 5. Take simple painkillers like paracetamol or Ibuprofen if pain is persistent. 6. Apply analgesic cream over back followed by warm fomentation. 7. Keep pillow behind your knees at bedtime. If sleeping on sides keep pillow between knees. 8. Avoid long sitting toward bending, gym and lifting heavyweight. Do hot fermentation and rest after relief do spin spine stretching exercise if it work then ok otherwise physiotherapy treatment.
