Do back exercise and yoga to strengthen your back muscles. Take calcium supplements. Do not sit or stand for longer hours at a stretch, taking break for atleast 5-10 minutes in between really helps. If still pain persists do an x- ray medicines. Dashmoolarishta 2spoons twice orally with equal quantity of warm water.
