I am facing left abdominal pain and constipation and i'm taking triphala tablet 500 mg �2 Please help I think so after taking too much medications my stomach problems are less now only this problems cured by you all then I should be gradual thankful to all of you.

Along with triphala tab yoy can take isbagol husk at bed time with water for a smooth passage of stool constipation itself could be the cause of your pain.

Improve your diet and meal schedule 1. Take 2/3 glasses of warm water in the morning 2. Go for morning walk for 30 mts 3. Take meals regularly at fixed hrs 4. No fried/ no spicy/ no junk/ no fast f 5 have good sound sleep for 6- 8 hr 6. Take more fruits and vegetables report after 15 days 7. Take a glass of hot sweet milk at night take more water during day.
