I am hypothyroidism for 3 years. Last year in September TSH was 7.2. Endocrinologist started 112.5 mg thyronorm. After 2 months TSH was 1.24 but I had extreme weakness, tremors in limbs, loss of appetite. I discussed with endocrinologist but he told to continue with 112.5 mg thyronorm. In March this year I had same problem of extreme weakness, tremors, loss of appetite, loss of libido and no erection. I stopped thyronorm for a month and TSH was 19.2/Moreover my muscles used to get rigid suddenly and again soft on their own. I again told my endocrinologist but he said my treatment is correct. I did not follow his dosage but for 5 days took 112.5 mg and next 5 days 100 mg thyronorm and my TSH is 3.71, FT3 2.5, FT4 1.31 but my problem of loss of appetite and libido still persist. My Testosterone is 260. Pl guide is it low or normal. My blood glucose fasting 107, PP 97. Is it normal I had slight problem of premature ejaculation earlier but no loss of libido and erection. I also take Telma am for bp Pls advise and would prefer advise from endocrinologist or GP.
