Which vitamins, minerals is needed for good skin, hair, nails. If their is any deficiency of these vitamins then which tablets or capsules can we used for healthy skin, nails and hair. Which hormone is responsible for beard and body hair in male and which food products have these hormones elements. Please tell food products but also medicines name. Thanks.

Take foods rich in vitamin e like nuts, oil seeds etc and foods rich in protein like milk and milk products.
It is male hormone androgen which is responsible for thinning of hair on fronto vertex area, growth of beard. Hair roots are getting nutrition through blood so eat food which is rich in proteins like sprouts, beans, soya, nuts. Green leafy vegetables are good source of iron. Drink 3 lit of water/day. Oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3/week. Consult trichologist.
