Dear Uttam , Kindly do an Allergy skin test and prove the dust Allergy and start on Oral Allergy immunotherapy along with oral antihistamines and monteleukast under supervision of allergist. Stop smoking ,do not use mosquito coil and liquid ,practise Allergy control,prevention measures for dust mite and other allergens. Thankyou
