indigestion problem may be due to unbalanced diet so,follow proper diet and fibres diet.you can use follow following treatment at home for proper digestion and weight loss. 1. Honey Take a medium glass and fill it with hot water. Add the juice of 1 lemon and 1 tablespoon of honey to it. Drink this after waking up in the morning as a first thing.
