I am very much skinny and I want to gain weight, I recently started doing some exercises like bench press and squats and I am seeing a little bit of improvement, what should I do to increase at least 15 to 20 KGS more?

Hello its really appreciable that you are doing exercise. Just include healthy foods you will be able to gain weight. Take banana shake or mango shake before exercise. Peanut butter sandwich is a healthy choice for breakfast. Lunch can be a rice preparation say a bean burrito. You can snack on cheese, avocados, nuts. Drink plenty of water. Include fluids like lassi, green tea, coconut water. Avoid carbonated drinks. Thank you.
