Hi doctor, I am 34 years old, I have PCOD. I hv been advice to undergo laparoscopic puncture of the cysts and then try to get pregnant. Is there any other option? I mean without undergoing surgery.

Pcod is very common. Also do you have period problems. If they are then they should be treated rather than surgery. Avoid fast food. Avoid sleeping during day. Take only natural diet. Do not eat late night. Take regular walk.
