I am 38 years old women, I do not get sleep for every day, and im working also, if I lie down the bed, more thinkings are coming in my mind, so I can not able to sleep, and I can not able to concentrate in my job also, so pls kindly give me suggestion for me thank you.

U need to relax before going to sleep. There should be some time between your work and sleep. You seems to be over exhausted. Relaxation exercises will help you.
