I have lowback pain from 3 yrs, my mri report is disc buge in L2-L3 region. doctors suggested me bed rest and they treated me symptomatically. Is there any permanent solution for this?

See dear if the pain is so much like ij legs also then you need a bed rest and do not be afraid of disc bulge as it is very common these days and good news is its totally preventable by just doing simple changes in your lifestyle like use stairs, drink more water, keep changing your positions frequently etc.
