Was gymming and right after my workout session was over now I can not move my neck to right side especially when my chin is just above shoulder it hurts like anything severe pain can any one help me.

You might have sprained your neck you can take ice pack if there is swelling or else apply hot fomentation twice a day for 10 minutes each.
