Aap kisi trained dentist se milein aur unhe apni pregnancy ka bhi batadein. 4-6 month ki pregnancy mei ap kaafi dental treatment bina kisi darr ke kara sakte ho. Agar daad nikalii ja sake to us par dentist se milkar vichar karein. Bahut jada din dawai nahi leni padti hai. Aur dentist apki haalat ko dhyan mei rakhkar he ilaaz karenge. Yadi pregnancy ki wajah se blood pressure ya sugar ki dikkat ho to woh bhi dentist ko batadein. 7-9 pregnancy month mei dental treatment karne mushkil hote hain, kyunki patient bhi comfortable nahi ho paate. Hope it help.

It is completely your ignorance that you did not get the proper treatment before pregnancy. Now you are in second trimester which is the best time for dental treatment but without radiation exposure and with some other precautions. You should consult a dental surgeon so that he or she can open the tooth to relieve the pain. And medication should be decided after consulting your gynacologist. Extracting a tooth may cause other complications which need heavy antibiotics that will not be suitable in this condition. Get it done before 6 month of pregnancy.
