I have frequent headaches and usually take some pain killer like crocin, nimuslide to get rid of it. Kindly advice some good medicines and diet to avoid it as I know paib killers are dangerous. It usually happens when I drink less water, travel or work in hot climate. Balm and other stuff I have tried and once did not take a medicine for 3 days hoping that it will get better on its known but finally I had to take one.
